updating visuals, changing the output pLDDT to be between 0 and 100 (instead of 0 to 1) in the bfactor column of pdb. To be consistent with AlphaFold released structures.

Updating the visual, adding hash to jobname to avoid issues where user changes sequence but does not update jobname. Removing {auto run} as this is causing some weird behavior when using custom msa input.
